  Was my mistake, the account has no monthly activity and went inactive. USAA reactivated it and all is well.

  Exact same experience, reactivate my USAA accounts (in USAA Federal Savings Bank - New) and today OL-294A error. And, 1st download before OL-294 error, deposits were downloaded as payments. I suspect…
